When I have a chance, I include outside walking in a park in my daily routine. Most of the time, it depends on the weather and schedule.  For the park nearby, my round walk with a couple of jogging takes around 1 Hr.

Also, when I have a time or occasion, I ride a bike. I prefer regular, not electric, to gain more physical activity.

Besides that, my day includes morning exercises. For most of the days, physical activity with or without weights, rubber bands, and other equipment, is the routine. It spreads on groups of muscles involved, depending on the place of physical exertion.
