Physical activities
When I’m able to, I include outside walking in a park in my daily routine. Most of the time, it depends on the weather and schedule. For the park nearby, my round walk with a couple of jogging up a small hill takes around an hour.
Also, when I have a time or occasion, I ride a bike. I prefer regular, not electric, to gain more physical activity.
Besides that, my day includes morning exercises. For most of the days, physical movements with or without weights, rubber bands, and other equipment. It’s the routine I create for myself. It spreads by groups of muscles involved, depending on the place of physical exertion.
